Family Beach Yoga with Crystal Bowl Sound Healing

Share your love of yoga with the entire family on the beautiful white sandy beach of Delray! This is a fun, all levels class focused on parents practicing and encouraging their children to participate. This event is most suitable for families with children age  7 and older, but younger siblings are welcome to join in! We will practice breathwork, visualization and a variety of playful yoga poses for the whole family (maybe even some acro yoga for extra giggles!). We will conclude with savasana and crystal bowl sound healing.
