Full Moon Reset on the Farm

Join me on the farm under the Full Moon for a night of breathwork, energy release, connection and recharge! We will begin with guided meditation and breathwork over looking the horses. Through the ritual of a full moon fire ceremony we will release all that no longer serves us into the flames. We will end the evening with healing sound vibrations from the crystal singing bowls as we bathe in the light of the full moon.  Please bring a blanket to lay on the ground, a yoga mat and whatever you like to drink. Dress comfortably! A portion of the proceeds goes to HERD Foundation providing Equine Assisted Learning experiences for Veterans and their familes.
