About the Event
Join Wild Sky Yoga & the HERD Foundation for an afternoon of mindfulness, connection and clarity. Let's come together to harness the energy of the New Moon, to connect with the horses and to hone in on our intentions. We will be partnering with the horses, at liberty, using energy and breath work. We will end the afternoon painting the horses while we bathe in the sounds of the Crystal Singing Bowls. Neighmaste! (No horse experience required. There is no horse riding at this event - we will be working on the ground next to the horses.)
