About the Event
This one of a kind Wild Sky Experience invites you into a sacred rhythm of presence and partnership. We'll begin with slow, intentional grooming - giving space to build trust, connection and grounding energy with your horse. From there we will transition into gentle yoga on the ground syncing breath, body and awareness. As your connection and trust deepens, we will transition into the saddle for an intuitive yoga flow on horseback. We will explore mindful postures that enhance balance, core strength and heart body connection, all in tune with the energy of your equine guide. We'll complete the journey with a peaceful trail ride around the farm enjoying nature, movement and breath before saying goodbye.
