Service Description

Join me for a fun and playful, Vinyasa style yoga practice in the shade of the banyan trees overlooking the beautiful Lake Ida. We being with a guided meditation before our yoga flow. Practice ends with my signature savasana including aromatherapy, Indian head massage and a crystal bowl sound bath.
