About the Event
Find your “wild side” and come flow with me on the beach in the light of the full moon! We will begin our practice with a guided meditation and full moon ceremony. As we flow through our yoga postures we will bask in the healing properties of the ocean air and the immense energy of the full moon. Our night concludes with an enhanced Savasana including Crystal Bowl Sounds, Energy Readings and Oracle Cards.
