Join me under the full moon for an intimate evening of gentle movement, reflection, and fire ritual on the land.
We’ll begin with a slow, grounding full moon flow designed to release tension and settle the nervous system. From there, we’ll gather around the fire for a guided full moon ritual focused on letting go of what’s complete and creating space for what’s next.
This is not a workout or a performance.
It’s a sacred pause — a chance to slow down, reconnect, and be held by the land, the fire, and the moon.
