Full Wolf Moon Fireside Yoga on the Farm

Join me on the farm under the Wolf Moon for a night of yoga, energy release, connection and recharge! We will begin with a guided meditation and yoga flow before connecting to our animal guides and their intuitive lessons. Through the ritual of a full moon fire ceremony we will release all that no longer serves us into the flames. We will end the evening with healing sound vibrations from the crystal singing bowls as we bathe in the light of the full moon.  Please bring a blanket to lay on the ground, a yoga mat and whatever you like to drink.
