A 2.5-hour experience to slow down and come back to yourself.
A quiet morning on the farm to step out of the rush of everyday life and settle back into something simpler.
We’ll begin outside, moving slowly through the space—walking, noticing, breathing, letting the morning set the pace. There’s time to sit, reflect, and write, giving yourself a chance to get honest about what’s been going on beneath the surface.
You’ll spend time in the presence of the horses—calm, grounded, and steady. Being around them has a way of softening things and bringing you back into your body without effort.
There’s space here to connect, both with yourself and with the other women around you, in a way that feels natural and unforced.
